BROKE THE BARRIER!!! not by much but every point counts right? have an indoor treadmill now. & wearing 2# on each ankle. i noticed this week my thighs are firmer underneath and on the outside. so hoping to lose 5# by march!! (mostly need to lose my upper butt/lower back)
159.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
