Dec 30, This IS NOT, I repeat IS NOT a new year's resolution. I want to be healthy. I get so tired taking care of the kids. My goal is to have the energy to take them to the park for longer than 5 minutes. I want to have a healthy body. I know one of my main problems is that I really like the taste of food. Especially sweets. So if I can get past the first 2 weeks and get rid of my cravings I am half way there I just need to keep it up. Excersise is also a hurdle i need to get past. I don't like to be uncomfortable so I procrastinate. I need to make it a part of my life.
