This IS NOT, I repeat IS NOT a new year's resolution. I want to be healthy. I get so tired taking care of the kids. My goal is to have the energy to take them to the park for longer than 5 minutes. I want to have a healthy body. I know one of my main problems is that I really like the taste of food. Especially sweets. So if I can get past the first 2 weeks and get rid of my cravings I am half way there I just need to keep it up.
Excersise is also a hurdle i need to get past. I don't like to be uncomfortable so I procrastinate. I need to make it a part of my life.

hey i just decided to try you on a diet I ordered the book but hasnt arrived yet I am too 29 mother of 1 I can give you great excercise tips if you wnat I love to excercise but love to eat too!!!!! this is not my new years resolution like you I want a helathier body

I love tasty food too but I have gone way to far and need to get it together.

Seems like we are all on the same page! I am 26 with a 3yr old lil girl and i have zero motivation in everybit of my life.I think and dream all day of how i would love to change but i just dont want to put a stop on my husband and child needs just because i wanna look better that just sounds so selfish.... SO I NEED HELP OR ATLEAST SOMEONE TO DO IT FOR ME LOL
