Wk 2 of 3rd 6 wks, Success but need to be careful, 138.2, 35.4% body fat, 84.8% musc mass, tr ketones, no exersize.

Breakfast atkins bar, coffee w half and half x 2, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, dinner chicken stuffed w cheese and asparagus and covered w tomato sauce (discovered it had flour in it.), glass chardonnay.

Lori-I am fortunate to get to eat out a lot--It's fun to find things on a menu that fit with atkins--my 'at home' meals are much more boring.
