Well I have gained 4.6 lbs since last weigh in (Nov 29th). Funny thing is I'm not mad! In that month I had both my daughters birthdays, Christmas, New Years and my Birthday. And I decided that life is short and I have worked too hard to NOT have a piece of my children's Birthday cake with them! I am back on track and truly and loving the low carb lifestyle. I am geared up and ready to get these last 20 lbs off!!
