Ate a very restricted diet for the first few weeks of this diet, but am now adding variety. Although still a very healthy diet and within limits, feeling guilty, as it doesn't "feel" like it will be as effective.

Had a business meeting over lunch. (Restaurants - scary places!) Did alright with food choices - except sodium was high. Really wanted a drink with dinner, as others were sharing a bottle of red...but decided I want a firm behind and a flat stomach more than I wanted the wine.
