This week I am going to lose two pounds! I hope.

Once I get down to 9 stone I'm going to buy myself some new eyeliner - motivation yay!

That's still 5 pounds to lose though so it will probably be a couple of weeks. But I'm gonig to stay strong! And fill up on water :D

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 January 2010:
1250 kcal Fat: 39.86g | Prot: 48.12g | Carb: 158.20g.   Breakfast: Yakult, Raisin, nut & honey crunchy oat cereal, milk. Lunch: orange, Salt and Vinegar flavour rice and corn cakes. Dinner: Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), vinaigrette, salad, tandoori paste and yoghurt, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: after eight mint, Crunchy Original Peanut Butter, Cracker, cheese, apple. more...
