i decided to change my goal to 150 instead of 135. i feel it is more reasonable for my build. and my husband says i'm not allowed to get too skinny. but seriously, when i reach my goal i will see if i want to lose more or be happy with the fact that i'm the same size i was in middle school.

lol yes. i'm basing my goals on my family build. one sister is about 125 (but my hubby thinks she is way too small) and my other sister is about 140 and she is a hardcore runner.
