Today normal workout in the morning but I did add interval training on the treadmill which was really fun. I love it I only did 4.5 to 6.0 but it was super fun. Tomorrow I want to do a little longer run to build my endurance and friday step up the speed. I think I will do interval m-wed and thurs long run and fri have a need for speed. I am excited about getting my workout on and realizing that I can do it. I have still incorporated the salad to my lunch schedule and fruit this week apple and grapefruit. Also I will start making smoothies to give me the fuel I need. Last night confession I was kinda bored and ate a lot more than I should i can not even begin logging what I ate because it was just about everything in the fridge from apple butter to prinkles. If you were there you might of thought i was pregnant. I will try to control myself if I want to ever lose weight.
