I left work earlier than normal feeling extremely dizzy. I came home and drank a glass of apple juice and ate and apple thinking perhaps my blood sugar level might be low. I realize I've been losing 2.5 lbs/week on this program and wonder if that is too fast a rate. Regardless, I'm still focused on losing weight and will try to better prepare by bringing an apple snack to work to make it through midday.
