I have been experimenting with my weigh in days the last few weeks. What day would be good and would allow more time for my screw-ups. I think that Sundays might work well for me since I am off on the weekends. Working always helps me with control on my eating, as I work on a food line and am not allowed to eat at all behind the line. I usually just eat veggies at lunch, which is 10:30am. Home by 3:00 and light supper and bed by 7:30 or 8:00. My life is a little crazy on the weekends, so that is why I'm thinking Sunday weigh-ins.
