Happy New Year all!!!
It seems like the only time I can lose weight is to take a 'vacation' in the Hospital. Last year I was in the Hospital 10 out of the 12 months. As soon as I was released, I would start gaining weight to get fluids back into my system. There was a couple of times I was not even able to get my fluids all the way back backup before I went in the Hospital again!

Diet followed reasonably well.
