I just realized something interesting. I decided to measure the creamer that I put in my coffee. Well....for the cup size I drink, it take 3 Tablespoons to get to the color/taste that I like. I never knew how much I was using. When I drink tea, I don't add creamer. Well, now I think if I can drink hot tea instead of coffee I will save carbs/calories every day. I'll see if I can do without the caffeine, since my tea is doesn't have any.
