Let the fun begin. Time to get serious. Need to stay away from excessive Carbs ( bread, Pasta sweets ...). Eat more fish and meats and less cheese. More vegetables and fruits. Portion controls . Find a way to minimize the cravings at night. Exercise everyday . Workouts , golf , ride bikes. Keep moving.
