Pictures can be a great way to track your progress! For me, it's a pair of jeans I haven't fit into since I stopped kickboxing. Whatever works, right?

Photos are so revealing. I looked at some I took of myself and you can really see where the improvement needs to be made and tracking progress is easier. Photos don't lie!

I totally agree, iulani. When I look at the photos, it helps me know what exercises I should do to target those areas.
