:( 200g of chocolate and 3 bags of chips yesterday, this is how i started this year. I am "amazing" :((((

Seriously, one blip, we all have them. Time of year doesn't matter, it's ghastly anyway after Christmas and new year. You'll get over this and you are amazing - you're here aren't you?

So in the scheme of things, you've only put on the amount of chocolate you ate, not even the bags of chips! Sounds like a win to me :) Seriously though, a 200g blip isn't much to worry about - dust yourself off, start over again and next time you fancy a bit of a binge, drink some water, or a cup of coffee and wait then, if you can't avoid it, take a small amount and put the rest away. We've all been there! I still can't get my "diet hat" on after xmas/new year - nibbling away on the leftover treats! :(
