Guys! I am scared. Literally! I am starting on the fat smash diet and I really want to do it but am insecure if I will hold out. I am freaking out right now cause I am uncertain of the outcome. Wish me luck!

I did the 9 day detox last January. I had a few slip-ups along the way but overall it made me feel so much better in terms of energy levels. I'm re-starting my detox today too. Just do the best you can. Try to think of fruits or veggies that will satisfy certain cravings - I have a big sweet tooth for example so I tend to go nuts on stawberries. You can do this. Once you start it gets easier.

I understand how you feel- I too have health problems among other things. & I tried so many diets and failed that I was to afraid to even try this; but I started asking myself what would I gain if I do not even try so here I am again :). we are here for you. I am starting tomorrow 1/17 and I am still a bit afraid of failing but I plan to literally just take it 1 day or one meal at a time. I am sure you can do it.

Dont be scared!!!! The Detox stage is the shortest and the hardest Believe me! I'm starting over, again, today! If u slip just try to recover from it. GOOD LUCK!
