Yesterday went well except I only used about 45% of my RDI. I am drinking these meal replacement shakes from my doctor for two meals and a late afternoon snack at under 200 calories each which leaves a lot of calories for my meal at the end of the day. I had a very normal meal with the family last night and I was not hungry at all. My biggest problem usually is the evening and wanting a snack late night I had two pieces of cheese and some hummus and felt good. I know this is the honeymoon phase of the diet so I am not getting to excited lets see how I am doing in five days. I need to work on getting active nothing to big to start with, going to start with some walking the dog and move from there.

Going to keep my head down and keep moving this forward.
