Ok so I just saw I'm a featured memeber on the fs main page. Awe how awesome. Anyhoo dropped another pound. I only ate 3 slices of pizza at dinner time tonight and my breakfast, lunch, snacks and pizza are under my cal limit. Really watching carbs right now, seems to be working. HOPE I'm not losing muscle. Tonight I did fourty min booty camp workout at the gals gym and jogged one mile at 5mph then "ran" (felt like jogging) another mile at 6mph so yay for kicking weight to the curb.
