OK need to get at it and lose this weight... I have had a really tough 2 years....now...Getting MY life back together... I need to do this for MYSELF... Giving up for now on the low carbs... I can lose but hard to stay on it for really long .... I have lost 100 pounds before .. kept all off for 4 years ... JUST COUNTING CALORIES and 35 min stationary bike 5 x a week... So that is my plan... health issues and really tough family issues knocked me off my path....I still have chronic pain issues but now realize I cannot wait to get better....need to stop feeling sorry for myself and...Just Do It.
