I ate a whole pizza yesterday and 5 chicken wings from the brown store. I drank 3 mountain dews at work late night. Have to stay consistent through the hard times. 10lb weight loss goal for his week. 250k challenge official starts next Monday and I want to start at least at 250!! No more excuses failure is not a option!!!
260.4 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.1 lb a week
