starting today (Monday), myself and some of my WLS friends will be going on the 2 week "pre-op" diet, to kick-start us into the new year - so for me, it'll be 3 meals of 1/2 protein shake, a greek yogurt and a couple frozen strawberries in the blender, and one meal of chicken or fish and salad, or a Smart Ones/Lean cuisine meal - for 10-14 days. Hopefully this will get me out of my stall, and close to my first goal of 170lbs - that's only 14.6 lbs, so it's doable :) Happy 2017 all!
