Well its been a while since I stepped on the scale. Thank goodness Christmas baking / eating is over. didn't go crazy but its not good to eat sugar cookies or pie when you are trying to lose excess weight. Will be adding more salad and veg to my daily diet. having just protein drink and an apple at work does't cut it, I'm in starvation mode when I get home and today their was still homemade banana bread and cookies in the kitchen so ...ya...that can't happen anymore.
