Why or why is it so hard for me to drink water!? It's water. What the heck. I have no aversions to water. I like water. Why the hell then is it so hard for me to drink it?! It is such a simple goal. Drink 32oz of water daily. No biggie. But wait, it is. I do not understand. I do realize that in the grand skeem of things I am pretty lucky if this is my problem. But it's water! I am going to do this. Starting today water is my new best friend. Next challenge, one I am excited about, getting into a routine with work and the gym. May go first thing in the am, shower and go onto work. Except Monday mornings because I have a 7:30 confrence call every Monday a.m. Could go over lunch hour but may not be in town or close by. Late afternoon concerns me cause it will probably be busy. I do love going so I will work out the routine. It may take a little while to figure out what works but thats ok. I do love love love going and working out! Who'd of thought? Hope this new love of the gym doesn't fade away. What a rush. Forward motion!
