25th, 26th & today is a complete wipe-out for me... had my fun ate enough to last the whole damn year. Tomorrow morning will utilise the skipping rope my grand children gave me for xmas along with a water belt for when I'm walking and incorporate into my daily training... Actually cant wait this is the 3rd day I haven't trained or did any sort of exercise to speak of .... this holiday has been fun... and I don't regret a thing :)
