The start of last year I weighed 175 pounds Im only 4 10''. I didn't realize how BIG I was till I started loosing weight... I got to 140 and I sort of stopped dieting and exercising 5 months ago b/c I was comfortable with the changes (new boyfriend, new apt)in my life. I haven't gained any weight but I lost all my muscle mass and gained fat mass... I can see the difference and it annoys me. I want to look good for myself and my boyfriend. so I got my membership back at planet fitness and I bought all new healthy food for the apt. my goal is to get to 120 pounds by the end of the year which might be tough considering I haven't been 120 in 7 years all the way back in 8th grade!
