Weight is down since day before yesterday I was so busy, and walked early morning 3.2 miles in 32F weather, after one of my upper body workouts. Then yesterday 12/24/16 I did a 4.2 mile walk (has workout stations along the way, so I did 20 pullups, and 20 easy decline pushups) with a meetup group, frost still on the ground near the end of the hike at 10:45am (Sonoma county Spring Lake park, some pretty steep hills included, beautiful area.)
