It's hard to stick to eating healthier when I don't work. When I work my 12 hours shift, I pack my breakfast, lunch and snacks. However, when I don't work, my day varies and I might not be home much. I tend to want to eat out and make bad choices. Not only am I trying not to eat healthier, but I am also trying to not spend money eating out. It has been a challenge this week so far. Tonight I will be going to happy hour. I will try not to given in to eating or drinking too much.
