After a 2.1 mile walk, lunch was mighty tasty! 3/4 cup homemade split-pea (vegan style) soup, 2.5 cup Cabbage, 2 1/4 cup Kale, 1 Cup Bok Choy, 2 minced Garlic cloves, 1/4 cup corn cut from the cob, 3oz grass fed beef (from a local farm here in TX) pure green feeding without ANY hormones or drugs from start to finish. Balanced Omegas!! Yummy to my Tummy!!
