Gone up to 62.8kg due to enjoying Christmas treats! On well, New Year now and time to get it back down again!!!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1373 kcal Fat: 83.88g | Prot: 88.21g | Carb: 22.18g.   Breakfast: Unsweetened UHT Soya Drink, poached egg, bacon. Lunch: real mayonnaise, chicken, Sweet & Baby Leaf Mix Salad, olives, cucumber, cherry tomato. Dinner: onion, cheese, brocolli, beef. Snacks/Other: mushrooms, red wine, cheese, gingerbread. more...
