Yes! 2.2 pounds in 3 days! I was starting to get a little worried. But the scale moved this morning! I guess that's why it's not recommended to hop on the scale until phase 1 is over. But I need the motivation to keep going. Now I'm motivated and determined. Watch out now. Now let's get these workouts started, I need to make the time seriously.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
