Already wrote my daily food menu I realised its easier for me to know exactly what I will be eating thru-out the day instead of bombarding myself with choices cause then I'd want a little of everything and with everything is to much :) ... I'm not the only one doing this right?... All good anyway its working for me... Before I forget, I started lite training 4x a week to tone and tighten my junk :)
