Friday I had my official weigh-in for my powerlifting competition. I weighed in at 226.8 pounds and I am very happy with that. When I saw that I wasn't going to make the 220 pound Mark I could have gone one of two directions I could have kept on the focus or I could have thrown it all away and Gorge myself on food because I was upset. I am so glad I took the former decision and didn't ruin all my hard work. I was 343 and on my left with the heaviest being a 225 pound deadlift I can't wait for the next competition
