I am 3 days into a 21 day challenge to eliminate some unhealthy foods from my diet.
No chocolate
No candy
No biscuits or cookies
No cake, donuts or muffins
No pastries
No white bread
No chips or crackers
No fast food
No Nutella, peanut butter or other naughty spreads
No ice cream
No fried foods

So far it is going well. This may seem extreme to some, but I need the discipline. I am not happy with what I have let my body transform into with lack of exercise & lots of unhealthy food choices. That is changing now ... before the New Year even gets here! One day at a time ... one lb. down at a time ...
