So we just got back from Washington DC and I'm very happy with myself for staying on plan...except for one stupid mindless mistake. I ordered a salad for dinner and it came with croutons, I didn't even think about them..as soon as the waiter set my plate down I popped a CROUTON in my mouth! As soon as I crunched down on it I said "Oh Crap!" I wasn't even paying attention because I was talking...geez. my first slip up was one stinkin crouton!
