Pinstripe's Journal, 30 December 2011

Yesterday was a mixed up day. We went to a Chinese buffet, not sure how to log it but I had rib meat and pork pieces with green beans. We then went to friends later that evening, wasn't sure what was being served, so I skipped dinner, which I know wasn't the best idea, but buffet was about 2:00. I had a few pieces of cheese and pepperoni. Mind you, I could have had cookies and home make chocolates also! Fortunately drinks are easy for me, I don't drink wine or beer, so it was ice water for me. It's hard to stay on track when you're not cooking for yourself or not sure what others are serving. I'm a picky eater to begin with, so usually I plan ahead so if I don't find anything, I'm usually ok with just coffee or something.

That is what I am finding the hardest thing too. Logging and knowing exactly what you had when you were not the one to prepare it. I have a party coming up on the 21st of this month that is going to have 45 different deserts. I am going to TRY to not give in, BUT if I do how do I count for 1 bite of something?
