Today is Day 3 of dieting. I felt a bit weak throughout the day. Also had consumed some fruit juice and an energy drink, because I needed some energy for my Linear Algebra final. I was supposed to cut on the sugars, but I did it for the sake of gaining energy and not because of a lack of self control. I also walked and excercised alot today, which I suppose is good. And I also am getting into the habit of drinking a lot more water. I drank 2000ml so far, which is great I suppose. Things are starting to look better for me if I keep things this way.
