The good news is that I have been watching what I'm eating and exercising during a crazy stressful work week. I would have normally said forget about it in the past. I have lost about 2 lbs as a result(I won't weigh in officially until 1 week.
The bad news is that I have not been tracking. I will track, I know how important that it is to track, I just can't keep up with everything this week. Things should calm down a bit after this week, hopefully.
Also I just noticed the way to upload images from my computer to my journal. That's pretty cool!!
