Morning everyone, been sick for the past 2 days but suffered through and exercised anyway, got on scales and damn I'm finally in the 150 havent been this size for 20 years feels great. hope everyone is doing great on their weightloss journey.....
159.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
