Today a girlfriend at work joined me at the gym which was a change of pace. I want to get to the gym a little before, so that i can push myself to run on the treadmill since the gym is always packed. After I complete my 20 or 25 minute run I feel that I ve been successful since I am not a runner by any means. It is fun working out with a friend because she suggest excercises that I rarely try such as squats. At night I have started using the fittv on demand series to push myself to try different excercises. I want to do an aerobic class because I feel that when I was doing aerobics like zumba I was truly losing weight.
