Not going to lie… totally totally ate far too much. My downfall was a couple of days before xmas.. I ate so many chocolates and biscuits and then the Friday before xmas eve.. I had a Panini, mcdonalds, biscuits, steak, roast duck… you named It I ate it… just turned in to a eating frenzy almost like I could have an excuse to eat what I wanted for 3 days so just stuffed my face. Oh well. Put it behind me. New working wek, new year soon, new diet and back to loosing as I was doing really well before.. however BIG BIG lesson on just how quickly I put it on..
