Doing well, I had some carbs yesterday evening - a chili actually not vegetable soup, but vegetable chili, so it threw me off induction I'm sure and the piece of pizza on Friday evening did the same so it has been like Atkins flu since then. Its not worth it to cheat and feel lousy and start over and jeopardize any losses. My niece turns 30 (already!) in ten days - I was a senior in high school when she was born, she posted it on her Facebook page regarding her birthday. Her youth is passing by faster for me than mine did as I'm older - whew! It seemed a lot longer for me to turn thirty than it took her to get there - time goes by faster as you get older. My goal is to get a publishing deal before my 50th birthday, I'll be old enough and my youth will be gone perhaps in my later years I might have some finances to be able to at least travel like my niece or own property like she does, etc. :)

Time certainly does go faster as one gets older. But being older is being wiser too, right? Keep hanging in there.

That is true mbhpro, and with all the garbage I put up with today I can say I'm definitely getting wiser and perhaps that does really help in the long run if one looks at it. My elderly grandmother commented how quick her life had passed and now this year I see what she spoke about as having so much truth though I am far from near eighty, she passed a few months after she turned 80. At least I have the sense to know I need to try to stay as healthy as long as possible and lots of people are reckless about that...
