So today I'm starting again. I've decided to make my semester goal for Kinesiology to loose 46 lbs by finals. That will make my weight 165 lbs, which i have been told is ideal for someone of my height and age. I'm really hoping that this attempt to loose weight isn't as big a failure as the rest of my attempts have been. I'm realizing that i can't do it on my own and so this time I've got help. I'm really hoping that working out and trying to get fit will be easier if i know I'm not the only one going through it. This semester i will be working out and loosing with Shelly from next door, i think it will be great for both of us, i can't wait to get started!!!! <3 and kisses Tesla Nicole Kanning
