I didn't get as much protein yesterday as usual but considering I was away from the house all day and I chose to indulge in a piece of birthday cake I'd say I did pretty ok. It was my daughters first birthday and we had a seperate little cake for her to make a mess with. It was so cute she literally peeled the frosting right off the cake and kept clawing at it so that her hands looked like little frosting boxing gloves.
