last 3 months I have been trying to adjust with a more normal diet. I cut out sugar and I have not gained weight and have been able to maintain. I still want to lose 30 more pounds and I will do that by counting carbs and I need to start in the gym 3 times a week and walk every day. That should do it.( after Thanksgiving that is ) lets be realistic!
