I wont be posting any Weigh in updates till next week it because I entered in 2 challenges ... just recording to remind myself ... my memory isn't what it use to be age is catching up... :)
I was so tempted last night as my demons looked back at me from inside the pantry... I could hear them calling from their little sealed packages "It's okay just take one." I softly closed the door and walked away still hearing them chanting in my head swiping a piece of fruit from the bowl leaving the room.
