We have had out of town folks visiting here in the Ozarks. We ate out a lot, but I was good most of the time. Today is is back to Atkins eating plan. I always feel better when I am on this program. bowling improved this week, I had 2 very good nights. The 2nd night I had a catch in my hamstring from too many stairs while we were sight seeing with our company. I was so off balance because every time I stepped down on my left foot to release the ball that painful catch came into play. However it was one of my best nights. My team said they were going to kick me in the butt on Thursday morning so I would bowl good that night. Ha ha

I haven't bowled for years. I was on a league for a long time and enjoyed it very much. Carried a 175, not too bad if I do say so myself. I wonder why I quit, been so long I don't remember!
