I haven't weighed myself in a week. Not because i don't want to, but because I don't have a scale. I usually wait until my Dr appointment and weigh myself there. I refuse to by a scale because I become OCD, obsessed with weighing myself every day and then I end up sabotaging all my effort and losses. I have been good, sticking to my calories for the day, although last week i did have some strawberry licorice.

I didn't have a scale for the first year on here. I used the one at my grandkids school every Friday. I have one now but still only weigh on Friday. It used to stress me out so bad I had thrown mine away. If I ever get that way again, I'll get rid of it!
