the holidays are out of control!! every corner of my office LITERALLY has cookies, candy, and cheesecakes. I went on a sugar binge yesterday that torpedoed my calorie count. I didn't record anything but if I had it would have been about 3,000. today, I'm only eating food I've made or can verify nutrients or just fruits & veggies. ENOUGH with the gorging already!! why does a so-called religious holiday have to be about greed and gluttony anyway?! if Jesus Christ DID come back he'd be appalled at the obesity epidemic and leave everyone to die of heart disease and type-2 diabetes.
