I'm trying to keep my calorie intake under 2000, fat under 50g, and protein over 100g. I am doing very well in that but I am worried about my carb intake. It's primary whole grains but I think that my weight loss will go quicker if I cut back on the carbs.

I don't want to take them out completely but I think that will force my body to go after the stored fat for energy.
