feel rough as anythin today grr but still managed to fit 10 mins on the bike going to try fit another 2 lots of ten mins before i go bed, if i can sit on my bum n write this then im ok enough to go do 20 mins :) not eaten much yet either n its 4:30pm might grab a big glass of water n send the husband to cook tea n try and have a little sleep see if it helps :) determined to lose some weight to fit into my fave jeans again :D xx

a really good incentive as im forcin the husband not to let me buy any new clothes until ive lost a stone so by then my jeans will fit and ill go wild in primark lol :P
